Student Clinic

Want a massage? Come support our Student Clinic

Student Clinic is a wonderful opportunity to get a massage while supporting our talented students. The clinic provides a supportive atmosphere, preparing students for the transition from school to their professional work as an LMT.  As this is a learning environment, we do our best to give you a “professional” massage, while offering support to the students and attendees.  During the session, an instructor will occasionally enter the clinic space to monitor the students’ progress.  We do our best to create a calm environment for maximum enjoyment.

Student Clinic I – The focus of Clinic 1 is relaxation massage. The students have completed the Swedish Massage portion of their course work.

Student Clinic II – is scheduled near the end of the students training program. They have learned and integrated techniques from Swedish, deep tissue and treatment massage and can offer these as part of their clinic routines.

Massage sessions are offered intermittently during the year, depending on when students finish sections of their program.  Please let us know if you would like to be added to our Student Clinic list by filling out the form on this page. We will give advance notice on when it’s time to schedule.

The cost for a one-hour student massage is $30, cash or check only (no credit cards).

*COVID-19 has changed the landscape of massage therapy drastically. In a time of isolation, knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate touch is needed now, more than ever. We have been working very hard to train our students to be safe (and keep others safe) in a healing environment, with great success. Therefore, we are currently implementing all our classroom COVID protocols, which means everyone wears a mask, sanitizes their hands on arrival, will have temperatures taken and fill out the necessary paperwork, regardless of vaccination status. If you have any questions or concerns about our protocols, please call 360-379-4066. We are happy to answer all your questions.
